Hello

It’s been reported since Sunday our net is no working at all, and we didn’t get any feedback the issue is still there, it’s effect my little brother activates and also my sister can’t do study due to net issue.
On broadband only showing orange color blinking. We been reset and power off/On, but the issue is still there.

kindly have a look the issue it’s already been few days gone without net.

URGENT: Remove your addy from this public site for all the world to see before a Mod beats you to it. You wanna be scammed?

Looks like your BB has gone down.

BB issues are rarely widespread but specific to your own line.

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.

Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)? What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed?
