Open Reach left and did not return

Openreach attended yesterday to install our full-fibre broadband. They installed the internal box but advised that they needed a longer ladder and would return within two hours to complete the installation.

However, nobody has returned, and I have not received any further communication. I have been unable to get through to EE, and I cannot find a direct contact number for Openreach.

Does anyone know who I can contact to get this resolved? Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You have no direct contact with OR. Your contract is with EE.

Text GUIDE to 66033 from your mobile registered to your EE a/c to get EE to call you back. You can then arrange another appointment to finish the install.
