I’m stop my broadband since September do not understand why I received kit and mail to pay my bill

@Sue2500 : How did you stop your BB? Did you give 30 days notice of cancellation? That's how long it takes for it to cease & your final bill to be prepared.

@Sue2500 You should have received EE E-mail all about the ending/leaving them, what is required to be done, payment info for billing etc etc, and if EE owes you a return eventually you will get that back, and best to pay bill if it was all in the pipeline just no way of stopping that runaway train so to speak.
