Evening, been offline since 04:45 Tuesday 13th October, back and forth with the bot and guides who miraculous put complaints on for you then close them before you are even off the phone. Told we had a network issue in the area, argued this as I had all 3 green lights on the openreach box, AI results is attached as a picture, still waiting for an Internet service and its 18:00 Friday 16th appalling service, no escalation as 'no one available at this time' is the standard Guide strap line. Anyone have any better deals than EE, I also have 4 mobile phones on the same account with them but doesn't cut it when they aren't providing you with the services you are paying for.

Do Ethernet connected devices stay working? What colours are the light sequence when it happens?

BB issues are rarely widespread but specific to your own line.

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)? What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed?
