We have had an absolute night mare with EE

Firstly we were sold a package of phone / broadband and tv. It tools around 4 weeks to even start when were told the phone packages were activated in 24hrs and absolute bunch of lies. When it came to the Broadband switch over from sky the EE contractor disconnected a neighbour’s broad band and connected us to theirs. Next day the street had BTvans every where trying to find the bodge. Now we find out after 3 months the sky tv package is still active and we were told it would be sorted by EE. The lies and promises from the sales team were appalling. An absolute joke. Will have to call EE tomorrow to see if we cancel sky do we still get it on EE tv. I bet they promise the world and we will be back on the phone again.

dont go with EE stay with your current provider they promise the world and can’t deliver a decent service. The sales team are a joke.

@Johnnyaustin : Migrations of BB use the One Touch Switch (OTS) process mandated by OFCOM. This does not include TV packages. You have to cancel TV with your old provider.

If you ordered EE TV from EE in your original order you will get EE TV regardless of what's happening with your Sky TV.
