Sometimes older or weaker devices may not be compatible with the default WiFi settings of EE Smart Hubs with their WPA3 Security. Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings > Config > Compatible WiFi (it defaults to 2.4 GHz only & WPA2) & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz or WPA2 devices to that. It presents itself as a separate network SSID of the form "MainSSID-Comp".

I need some help to work out how to improve my WiFi connection with Xbox series x.
it regularly seems to drop out. Crash the game and I have to wait for the Xbox to reboot and reconnect to enable me to pick up again.
Have tested the console and it is showing 5ghz, ipv4 & ipv6. Nat type open. All services are available.
have read it may link to the router charging ip addresses but don’t know how to know that or fix it.
devices a smart hubSH40J.
thanks in advance.
