No communication for new broadband

I spoke to someone online last week about getting EE broadband. They said my router would be delivered today, but I haven't received anything!

I've had no updates about my new contract, I've had no emails, NOTHING!

Can someone tell me what happens? Do I receive correspondence from open reach?

I've moved from sky to EE.

@Winkles12 Have you even tried to call EE CS to find out what is going on, you should have had e-mails from both EE and Sky also, would have a look on your sky account at the messages section to start with.

Have you even been given a "Go live" date. Until you get that there's no point in worrying about kit delivery. Kit will be delivered a day or 2 before you go live. You need to chase CS to find out the state of your order.
