topic Not Recieved Switch Credit in Broadband & Landline

It’s been over the allotted 28 days that I’m supposed to receive the switch credit. When I log into my account, which option would I use to find it? Will it go into my broadband account or mobile account? Do I click on billing or broadband? Am I going to receive a notification that it’s been paid into my account?

I'm not sure what to click on to check whether it’s there or not?

Thanks in advance.

Have you claimed for it? If so, it should be a credit on your next BB bill. So you won't see it until your BB billing date. It doesn't auto go on.

@KimG_ See the procedure explained in the help if you need that, linked below. You may also not see it applied if the billing cycle for your account is already past, e-mail from the credit switch team may explain that. Applied to your Broadband Account billing, should have nothing to do with Mobile account also.

Switching Credit | Broadband Help | EE

Get your bill credit
We’ll add your bill credit within 28 days of receiving and validating your bill. It covers early termination charges only. It does not cover excess data or call charges.
