Broadband contract renewed without consent when TV Package ended

I recently stopped my TV package at the end of its 2 year contract . My broadband contract was due to end on the 18th of April 2027. When I checked my account it had started a new 2 year contract ending September 2028 !

I phoned 2 weeks ago and explained and raised a complaint and was promised a call back - still waiting .

1 week ago I filled in the online complaints form - still waiting

Tried ringing again this morning and got cut off

We do recommend up to 10 days for complaints to be picked up by our team, but it can be sooner than that, too.

Fingers crossed they'll be able to work back through and get to the bottom of what happened here, but if you continue to not get any updates please let us know, and we can look into escalating things from there.
