hello,

has anyone moved back to BT from EE, my part fibre contract is due up this month and EE want to charge me £58 for a 24month contract with up to 64mbp where as the same with BT would be £32 per month, still a lot when others can get full fibre for the same amount but we dont have full fibre in the area yet

FTTC at that current speed is as low as £21.

@Tanns : I believe some have but you would need to keep on your current contract terms & price as you would be moving within the same BT Group.

The FTTC you see on BT for £32 pm is for new custs. You won't get that as you are moving within the group.

Have you tried the retentions dept? I've found BT and EE have offered me something close or same as a new customer when it's time for renewal. Good luck!
