Hi

can i change my Activation date on my order ASAP?

I order my EE 900 plan this morning, but unfortunately i have put on the wrong date of the 12th of Oct, I should have put on the 19th Of Nov instead because this when I contract ends with Cuckoo

After completing my EE order, I started to get emails from Cuckoo potentially requesting a possible £324 fee for early termination?

How on earth did they come to that figure? I understand some of the fee would be for the return of the old router, which I will send back. and knowing I have already paid in advance for my service up until the end of Oct this month, in theory I actually only owe 19 days of service in Nov? how do they get that £324? I think since cuckoo has been taken over by onestream the service has gone downhill and total unethical in terms of their practices? How do they get away with this?
