How is it that testing speeds using the EE app reports a speed of 445bps (consistently) whilst every other speed test reports anything from 10mbps to 50mbps at the exact same time?

Web based speedtest to give you the idea single PC wireless wifi connected full network online and a FF500 connection.

https://www.speedtest.net/result/19733575521

It's been a while since someone posted an app speed test up, link below gives you the general idea.

Re: Download speed keeps dropping from 300Mbps to 150Mbps - Page 2 - The EE Community

Mobile phone connected test below.

https://www.speedtest.net/result/a/11918922878

This is from a laptop wired into the EE router (Smart Hub 7 plus). I get the same results from my Oneplus 13 5G phone on WIFI. The EE App at the same time shows 445mbps.

If it's the ookla speed test, all that is showing is you are likely connected with a 100Mb/s Ethernet port connection, your laptop is poor or your cable is bad from it's Ethernet port to the EE Plus hub, ie 4 cores on the cable instead off the 8, or one off many such reason's.

Speed to the device is what that EE test is showing at 495Mb/s down and 69Mb/s up?

Take it you only have a FF500 connection from EE, if that is different then you need to say.
