Payment hasn’t changed

I went into shop in Bangor last week to set up a new contract for £30.99 a month for broadband and i got my documents emailed etc but I can’t see when the DD amount is set to change.

A payment for the out of contract £47.36 came out this morning again rather than the new total ! I’m just worried l will end up paying twice.

Look in in your online EE a/c by going to Bills & Payments > Change how you pay & check the payment date.

Also i was trying to link it on app and i was given account number and it doesn’t recognise it or my mobile number!

If only changed last week chances are the bill was already produced before it was changed, you'd need to check bill date & renewal date though

Is the given a/c no. of the form of 'GB' followed by 8 digits? You don't link a BB a/c using a mobile no.
