When will my broadband activate?

I want to know what date is my ee broadband due in October. My new fiber smart hub 6 broadband will be delivered tues 6 October and I have engineer coming fri 9 oct between 8am to 1pm

I want my new billing date to be changed to 6 every month

@Navmika-86 : Your new EE BB install should be completed by midnight 9 Oct.

Your billing date will probably be 9 Oct with payment due about 16 - 23 Oct. You'll need to call CS if you want it changed.
