They sent me a new one and it was not set up for fibre it was set to the copper setting so it would not work, they came out and reset it

@Sheila1958 : Any current EE routers that works on a copper line will also work on Full Fibre. Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)? What is the name of the EE BB plan you are on including its speed?
