Thank you. I think this will information will help in future. This issue i am having is the website and app are both down so I am unable to change my settings. And to be honest I not spend time changeing everything over to have to change it all again when they fix it. Its not a great induction to a new company.

I am an old Plusnet customer who has just be changed over ( not from choice ) im trying to set up my new hub and am unable to as the network is down. Im sorry to sound so negative but I really hope that this is not foreshadowing the standard of service of which I will receive in the future.

You can change many settings of the router on the router itself, w/out the app, by logging into to your EE Smart Hub/Router at http://192.168.1.254 with the admin password on the bottom of the slider label on the back of the router.
