Has anyone had a issue with renewing their EE package. My contract ended on Friday 18.9.26. I have been trying to renew the contract for a week without no success. I have tried on several occasions speaking to different guides went through all the process only to be told the order did not go through. I have been told there is a issue with DI but noone can tell me what the issue actually is. No one from that team has ver made contact with me. I have now been put on a contract that I do not want.

Can anyone please help.

Hi yes I have broadband EE TV multi room and home phone. All with EE. I have been told there is no issue with my account that it's a DI issue. I have been trying to renew the contract from 14 9 26. Everytime a order was placed it fails to be approved. No one at EE can tell me why this is happening. I find it really frustrating that I can't renew my package and that a company like EE can't resolve the issue after 2 weeks.

Thanks

They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the non-discounted price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly migrate, cancel or upgrade.
