Not necessarily. BB may be down.

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.

Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)? Normal condition is no lights off so is this just your first time this has happened to it?

The linked pinned posting will show you which ones.

EE Hub firmware versions - The EE Community

Welcome to the Community, @Msjobailey 😊

It's definitely worth sharing the details @JimM11 has mentioned here as the lights can be different depending on model.

Also if you haven't already, I'd recommend sending us a text with HELP to 66033 - this will guide you through some troubleshooting steps, run a check on your line, and if needs be help you get an engineer appointment or call back from our team booked in.
