Request for ORDI / Openreach Address Query - FTTP Availability Mismatch

My immediate neighbour on the same line has active FTTP, but my address probably has a database mismatch. I need an advisor to raise an ORDI Address Query with the Connections Team to have Openreach re-survey my UPRN.

How can your neighbour be on the same line as you?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker > Address Checker estimate for your address? Post the whole table, the text below it and the line above it, blanking out your address.

I have broadband with EE, subscribing Fibre 67, which is a traditional ADSL.

@Nobi1 No ADSL if you have a Fibre 67, you will be on at least a VDSL connection either FTTC or Sogea.

As EE are supplying you currently then you need to look at why your Home cannot get a FF Full Fibre connection, can be a few reason's as to why not. Post your BTW linked info from below address checker.

Example my Pole has connection for 8 homes, there is also a VM Fibre at the top, currently VM has two neighbours on it, and the OR CBT has 4 homes connected, two still to be done do not expect them to do so and they both currently have a copper connection. The homes 40 in total across the roadway are onto he-haw as OR messed it all up, currently it's a dig civils and they get job by job 2 years later now from OR getting it as said available to all....
