EE broadband bill is a separate bill from and EE mobile, they are NOT a combined bill all in one, but deals are all tied together depending on what you did at the time.

I've just noticed i've been billed 2 separate bills of different amounts.
I joined EE with a sim in 2024 and my contract was £16 to increase by £1.50 per year as of march. This bill is now £37.99 per month???

and my EE broadband is £32.99 per month.

When i joined for broadband it gave me EE One, which claimed joined bills. What am i supposed to do my contract is nearly up for my broadband and ive been over paying for my sim for years?

Welcome to the Community, @Lottiedevlin

Whilst EE One combines your broadband and mobile accounts to offer a discount, and you can check both via the EE app, as @JimM11 and @XRaySpeX have mentioned, these are still held in separate account and billing systems.

For a SIM Only to go from £16 to £37.99 sounds like more than just annual price increases, so I'd recommend getting in touch with our team so we can check these charges, and see if there are any other plan options that may be a better fit.

Peter
