£170 broadband reward – has anyone received theirs yet?

Hi everyone,

I signed up for EE Broadband on 9 September 2026, and part of the offer was a £170 reward/voucher for joining.

I haven't received any information about the voucher yet. I was wondering if anyone else who signed up around the same time has received theirs, and if so, how long did it take?

Also, does anyone know whether I need to claim the voucher myself, or is it automatically sent by EE/Giftcloud?

Any advice on who I should contact or what I need to do to chase this up would be much appreciated.

Firstly was there an initial email from Giftcloud or similar when clicking through the offer?

The T&Cs said wait 140 days for the next email - mine came after the 4th bill

Then you claim the reward - my choice was a physical or digital Mastercard

I went for digital but like many posts on review sites found it tricky to find places where the transaction goes through - Amazon worked as did adding it to google Wallet for in-store contactless

@FfiH : You need to wait until your BB been live for at least 140 days & you have paid all your bills for it in full on time before you can claim the Giftcard. See About EE Reward Cards
