EE Online chat or e-mail

I am in Spain and I want to engage with EE

Their e-mails are no-reply.

Does EE have an online chat service or where can I get an e-mail address for the EE Sales Team.

I don't really want to incur the costs of an international call, delays in getting connected, etc.

@wayneharry : EE provide no email contact & there is no Live Chat for Home Broadband. You'll need to call EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig. What's up with your BB?

Thanks. I am being messed around by Sky and want to give EE the opportunity to provide my broadband, but I need them to commit to an installation date. OpenReach has delivered fiber to my door and advised that I am ready for installation. Sky have missed an installation date and blaming OpenReach, I corrected their misinformation and they are now telling me to check back 5th October and they will see if they can provide a possible installation date. I am frustrated by this poor service from Sky.

In any case you'd have to cancel your order with Sky before trying EE, whilst you have an open order on the line no other provider could place an order anyway

@wayneharry Have you had both parts off the FF install done then, Outside and then the Internal part or opposite way round?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker > Address Checker estimate for your address? Post the whole table, the text below it and the line above it, blanking out your address.
