EE Broadband unable to upgrade/renew broadband

Hi, got an email saying time to renew. Logged in on my phone and website and both times there isn't an option to select a plan. There is if I click bundles but I don't want/need a tv bundle.

Any ideas?

@M7_UKA Will be the usual have you tried another device, or if you select the bundle can you drop what you want later on in the package selection?

How con you "Upgrade your speed to access our newest BB plans" when "You are on our fastest available speed"? Ridiculous exhortation!
