You appear to also have the older version the SH30A as quoting PROD-80004&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the other day see below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Broadband-Landline/New-router-WiFi-dropout/m-p/1639708" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;New router WiFi dropout - The EE Community&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pro got this and starting on the date shown, 6+ nada currently&amp;nbsp;FW: r5.16.1-R-2011329-PROD-1 and the gui is at App Version 3.17.5 20/08/2026&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone else having Wi-Fi connections to the router drop out at 13:48 every day&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face_with_sweat:"&gt;😅&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The log shows 5 devices reconnecting at the time. Didn't even think I had that many devices!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4786558"&gt;@AndyPK&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Pick a time say 4pm, switch the hub off before that for at least 5 minutes, that will clear it all out, back on at 4pm will take 4-5minutes to reboot connect and then you can watch see what happens from then on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this what you explained opening post with something going on Hub wise?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://192.168.1.254" target="_blank"&gt;https://192.168.1.254&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;web manager to your hub, should show you what you have and the total off your devices, hopefully you do recognise them all as being yours and yours alone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
