I need to cancel the broadband and TV because I don't need it my partner already get internet

@scott9494 You need to call EE CS to do this, they will also inform you if still in contract what your ETF Early Termination Fee will be as a final payment that is required.

To cancel your EE BB & TV you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 1) in my sig. and give 30 days notice. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay Early Termination Fees for the rest of the term.
