I’ve sold my house and have been trying to contact EE to cancel

by letter 5 weeks ago. No response. By the chat complaints team. No response. The 150 chat doesn’t work abroad. CEO email unusable

I’ve called three times. Was left hanging on the phone for 30 mins. I’m abroad and informed the agent I was abroad. No help No help

so I’m just cancelling my direct debit

They can find me now unless they’d like to respond here

I'm sorry to hear you have not been able to successfully cancel due to long hold times.

Did the agent place you on hold to get you through to our cancellation team?

Do you still have access to a UK number?
