topic How do I actually speak to someone? in Broadband & Landline

I’m in an incredibly frustrating situation.

I received some emails from EE earlier this month saying that my service, that I’ve had for 3 years, is up and running.

The current status says “ceased” under my account, and now I can see that they are taking a payment for my broadband tomorrow instead of the end of month like normal. The email they sent to say my date might change went to my spam.

Now I’m trying to get in touch with them and there’s no phone number, no live chat, no nothing.

Considering the download speed I get is awful this is really poor.
