The Openreach modem (ONT) is a white box that's connected to the fibre optic cable that runs into your house. It's usually installed in a utility cupboard or mounted onto a wall.

To provide your services, we'll remotely activate the ONT that's already installed in your property. Please check the modem is connected to a power socket and switched on, or we won't be able to do this.
