The lights on my modem are solid blue and not flashing. My devices can see
the Wi-Fi network, but they cannot connect to it at all and display a "No
internet access" message. EE sent an engineer out, but he said he had no
idea what the issue was. I don't know what else to do, and I'm still being
charged for a service I can't use. I have tried contacting customer support
multiple times, but they keep telling me to do the exact same
troubleshooting steps over and over, insisting that everything looks fine
on their end.

Hello everyone, I'm looking for help with WI-FI. I have a Hub 7 Pro modem at home that stopped working. EE replaced it with a new one, but I still have the problem. An engineer came to my house who didn't fix anything and said they don't know what happened, and I've been without internet access for 2 weeks now. I should also add that when I call EE, I'm constantly connected to someone else who can't do anything.

If so, does that work?

Otherwise, what are the lights doing on the Openreach box that is cabled to the WAN port of the EE hub?
