      <description>&lt;P&gt;EE , I don’t appreciate being threatened via email of legal action for an out standing balance when I called last week and paid the balance of £66 ish. I also logged in as per email and it says I have no outstanding balance and no option to make a payment. No one is answering your call centre.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
