    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not really the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other person issue is very generic intermittent connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My issue is the router itself has had both channels turned off, which only turned back on by myself manually after spotting it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Twice now we have noticed the Router not working and we are using the backup 4g/5g modem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I have logged into the router manager BOTH wifi channels are turned off? Absolutely nobody wouldve been in manually to turn them off at the home As I am the only one who really knows how.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any reason why this might have happened? the two instances were about 2-3 months apart.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
