Hello - I need some help to extend paying broadband due to a pay dispute with my company which ACAS is looking into.

Welcome to the community,

You need to speak to EE customer service urgently, to see what they can do for you, there is no account access here in the public forums and we have no idea who you are, speak to billing and they should be able to take a look for you.

If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill
