Hi I had my broadband installed 7th August when signing up it says would receive a £150 voucher how longs it take to come thanks

Have you moved from another ISP?

If that is the case, you will have to have your final bill and then give it to EE to receive the amount, I believe.

@Xboxking09 May not be the correct linked help, but see it anyway. Also look at the e-mail or the actual promotional company deal you used when applying at the time.

Repayment of exit fees doesn't come as a voucher.
