I'm wondering if anyone knows who to contact with issues with my broadband connection. It works fine wired to my internet but wirelessly is another story. It keeps disconnecting and saying I have no internet access. In store they couldn't help me and said I need to phone them but I hate phone calls so if anyone has an email I can contact that would be lovely.

@AngieR0 There is no e-mail, if you do not call them there is not much can be done that way. If your mobile is registered and known by EE you could try the text if your mobile will send, it's HELP to 66033 and that will get EE to test your connection and possibly call you back.

As you say NOT what you are trying to connect both EE Hub and your Mobile device, do take it that the EE-?????? is your actual Hub device as checked against your EE Hub/or Card details.

If you cannot hold a wireless wifi connection then setup compatible network may be your only option. Help below will explain.

Connect your devices using Compatible WiFi | Broadband Help | EE
