landline not working

I switched fromTalktalk to EE on 31/07/2026 for Broadband and landline. Broadband is working but my landline has not been connected or worked since. All my efforts to speak to various agents come to nothing. They say the line is not there anymore. It was there up up until the switch so where has it gone. Talktalk are not holding the line as was suggested by one agent. Im at my wits end now what do I do switch back to Talktalk. Why cant anyone get my landline back

@elizapoppy2026 : When you ordered BB from EE did you order a phone calling plan with it & supply your existing landline no.?

Then you'd better chase it up with CS. Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig.

@elizapoppy2026 Watch the 30 Day limit, after that you may just never get the same number that you had previous back, and do take it that you have plugged the Landline Phone into the back off the EE Hub for your new DV Digital Voice connection?
