Since joining EE broadband when streaming TV apps the connection keeps dropping and disconnecting.

@Loulouann82 Is it only on the TV that it is happening with? If so then say what you have EE wise, what it is connected to TV wise. If you do not know explain what like EE hub down stairs connected to TV upstairs and not working well....

Distance to the WifI can be a factor. Dodgy EE connections also. Try the stuff you can control first - get them to send you a rqange extender.

They'd only send 1 if they're on a package paying for it of course

But he can buy an extender from places like EBay or Amazon for instance if need be.
