Greetings,

We moved house in to the DT11 area just over 3 weeks ago.

Since the service began our EE broadband hub has disconnected around 08:30 every morning for approximately 5 minutes. (Flashing orange light) so it takes down the internet connectivity from everything in the house. (TV boxes and iPads etc)

We’re on the maximum speed available to us of 67 meg. EE advised the problem was cleared about a week ago but it’s still occurring. Is there some sort of auto reboot that could be within the hub / router?

Thanks in advance.

Anything switch states or kick in near to, or in your house around that time? I'm guessing we can rule out heating at this time of year, but think anything electrical/mechanical. There's a whole bunch of stuff that can interfere with DSL signals (I remember a bizarre case aeons ago where somebody's line would drop whenever a Pendolino train passed on a railway near to their house!)

The last few days have been incident free. We’d also had issues with the TV reception freezing and pixelating through the EE box in the evenings. Thankfully these appear to have been sorted.
