Just been moved from Plusnet to EE Broadband.BBC Iplayer isn’t Woking.

I’ve been moved from Plusnet to EE recently. I’m getting frustrated because certain apps on my smart TV are now not working., the main problem being BBC IPlayer. It doesn’t load it comes up with a message saying “There is a problem, please try again later” On the odd occasion when it does load, it buffers so much that we can’t watch it.
Other apps on the TV work fine , such as Netflix, Amazon Prime..

Speed test shows good speeds.
If I do a hard reset on EE hub, sometimes this improves it, but not always and it has to be repeated each time.

Have deleted and reinstalled Iplayer and it doesn’t help.

Have tried connecting via Ethernet, rather than WI-FI, problem still there.

Do you have any parental control services enabled? Anything else running on your network that might interfere (e.g. ad-blockers).
