Welcome to EE's Home Broadband Forum.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.

I placed an order for Full Fibre Broadband on 29 May 2026. An OPENREACH technician installed the Full Fibre Kit in my house but there was no connection from the nearest pole. I have received two emails from OPENREACH informing me that their planning was completed and I would be connected by 17 August 2026. This hasn't happened. Any suggestions on next steps would be appreciated.

The address checker says Full Fibre is available. Before my order I was regularly getting emails from OPENREACH and EE telling me Full Fibre was available.
