Every time I call EE and hang on for absolute ages and when you get through they say they cannot hear you

its so frustrating

my extender boxes are flashing yellow and will not connect since I unplugged them and re plugged them in

I have tried everything they suggested re booting, turning off for minutes, factory re set nothing works, they were reset by EE last time but cannot get to speak to anyone

will try a different phone to see if I can actually get to speak to someone otherwise I will have to consider leaving EE
