@Zara11 There should be really no need to do so, and best if you were to say what is going on.

The way to do and try if not already done, is when you are resetting the EE Hub which by the way should also not be required so wonder what is going on with that, is 1. Power off the EE Hub, 2. Go power off the EE Extender, leave both a couple off 5 minutes... 3. Power up the EE Extender first and about 3 minutes later go start the EE Hub up that takes about 5 mins in the reboot cycle, when the Hub goes Aqua to establish itself back on the connection, then the EE Smart Wireless Extender should go to reconnect itself back on the Network EE Hub, it may take a little time to do so and you have to give it at least 5-10 minutes.

I know it may be a pain so do not try until you next have an issue, but if you can SAY why you are having to restart the EE Hub and what one you have also?

If you need EE to look at what is going on you can try the text to them HELP to 66033, that kicks off the home BB check and a call back if/when they see anything untoward's.
