    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5039836"&gt;@Phil1101&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;It does not work like that, Your billing date from EE the day you went active, then payment is taken 7 days later for the 1st month up front, PN is unfortunate in the billing cycle it was out there, but all that extra is refunded back into your payment method but it does take time.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the landline phone, make sure you are now plugged into the back off the EE Hub connection wise, and 24-48hrs if not working either call EE CS or do a text message to them PHONE to 66033 and have them test your connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
