I have the 1.6Gbps plan with a Smart Hub 7 pro and a WiFi Extender 7 Pro. the extender is connect to two pcs upstairs via ethernet, one 1Gbps port and a 2.5Gb port, the speed are currently fluctuating between 0 and 1500Mbps. a steam game downloading to a ssd will not go past 500mbps, and speeds tests struggle to go past 600mbps. I have reset my ONT extender and router and nothing has worked so far. I am struggling on what could be doing this.

Yes it's an EE extender so it's connected wirelessly, I've reset all of them separately over a few days.

It was working fine for weeks getting a constant 1500Mbps to the pc, a 100GB game would install in 20 minutes. I understand it could fluctuate as I have a 1.3Gbs speed guarantee but at the moment it is struggling to go past 600Mbps

How are you measuring speed? What speeds are reported by running the speed test in the EE app? That will not only measure the raw BB connection speeds you are getting at the router as well as speeds to the device from which you are testing.

The EE speed guarantee only applies to the raw BB speed.

Speed test by Ookly app on pc, I get around 600 from the EE app but my phone only has WIFI 6. I have been getting a steady 1500mbps for months since I first got the WIFI but over the last couple weeks it's been struggling to get past 600Mbps for longer than a few seconds.

Are you 100% sure you have no other Phantom background download or something else going on with the shared connection? It's been 4 weeks since your Pro got FW updated, so unless you can go back at least to this time gets real hard to say that is/was the cause.

https://www.speedtest.net/result/19518626588
