Billing reminders

I’ve got home broadband for EE only but I get billing every month via text AND email. It comes out as a direct debt so i don’t really need to know and certainly not twice. But there’s no way for me to stop it. I also get marketing emails and at the bottom it said text STOP to whatever number. When I do the number doesn’t let me because I’m not on an EE mobile.

Did you text STOP to 2040?

Is there an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you receive?

If you have still been unable to opt out I would recommend checking your preferences within your EE account.

Alternatively, our customer care team on 150 will be more than happy to help with this.
