Yes. I am still working ok on FTTC. When the first OR engineer came for the survey I was told that it would be a 11 day turnaround after the paperwork had been done. I guess I’ll have to be a bit more patient !

EE broadband

I was previously with BT and was switched across to EE just over two years ago. Broadband FTTC. My contract expired 01 July, but I was not allowed to stay on FTTC and had to switch to FTTP.

I placed an order but this was then cancelled by OpenReach. No-one was able to tell me the reason, however I spoke to the relevant local council department who confirmed OR has sent them a form , it had been submitted incorrectly, OR apologised and promised to send it again. Two weeks later OR cancelled the job..

I submitted another order on 03 July and have now been given an installation date of 13 November. EE/OR are not able/unwilling to advise why it is taking so long to sort out.

How can I find out what is going on ?

If permission is needed the date will be pushed out so it doesn't cancel while waiting. Once permissions are completed it can be brought forward
