Need to speak to EE regarding control box major installation technical fault

It's become known that whoever installed a control box at my property years ago drilled into the waste pipe.

Can i speak to someone about getting this resolved before we get the pipe repaired. I've been going round in circles with the basic auto customer service via 150. Just need to speak to a person.

Try calling EE CS on the Freephone no.(Opt 1) in my sig.

What control box though? Is it maybe openreach you need & not EE?

Good question. I've found our that EE need to arrange for the box to be moved.

@garybs29 Even if it is Openreach equipment, the OP still needs to go through EE, as OR are not a public facing company. EE are their customer, not the OP.
