Is your gaming device connected by Ethernet or WiFi? Ethernet is more reliable & therefore preferable.

OFCOM don't handle individual complaints. You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 6 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider.

I cannot express how horrible the broadband is, please do not buy from this company if you’re considering - especially if you’re a gamer. It will frequently jump to 800+ms whenever you play any online game across any device. Try fixing it? They don’t help and try sell their wifi boosters to you which still doesn’t help, they go through all sorts of loopholes when you contact them. Then try cancel the contact you’re stuck in? It’s another £200! Genuinely atrocious and I’m contacting OFCOM to deal with this pathetic excuse of a service.
