What EE Hub are you using to start with and if any Extenders from EE are in play, see the link below. Boy has the VM connection so well aware of it and what/what not it does, 2Gb/s package he is on so all set and wired Ethernet to the 10Gb/s port, the rest on the normal but very little on wireless...

https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/compare-our-range-of-broadband-hubs

Going back to VM is not an issue, just OTS the connection for the swap back.

I was with virgin 1gig for the first year of full fibre, nooooo problems whatsoever, price was quite high to renew the contract, so chose EE because they were slightly more affordable, now all we get on our tablet, phone etc, is "back online", buffering with HD TV, I'm not a gamer so that's not the problem, we are light users, YouTube, tiktok etc, it's absolutely terrible, oh and my wife's smart phone constantly loses WiFi connection! Honor 400 pro, VIRGIN TAKE ME BACK!

Is it the BB as a whole dropping or just the WiFi connections? Do Ethernet connected devices stay working? What colours are the light sequence when it happens?

BB issues are rarely widespread but specific to your own line.

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.

Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)? What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed?
