You are ordering EE BB at a property that already has BB from another ISP. So it will always look like a line takeover. He was with Sky and is taking it with him. I’ve ordered EE, but when asked if I was moving into the property I said no (because I’m not, but now realise my mistake). Sky are now treating him as if he’s cancelling in contract <span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":see_no_evil_monkey:">🙈</span> Can I change this now? Or will I need to cancel and reorder??
