Openreach have done inside but outside is waiting for the pole installation. Every time I seem to ring EE to get an update I always keep getting same response from them saying “waiting for a date” and keep getting told to ring following week for another update and the updates seem to be copy and paste and wondering if anyone else has experienced this sort of issue since all I’ve been on is the 4G temporary box.
